This group is for adults who are experiencing grief following a loss with emphasis on the grief process, self-compassion, emotions, and safety.

Maximum of 10 Participants; Registration required.

Cost: $210.00 - 6 sessions ($35/session)  

Tuesday’s - 5:00-6:30pm 

Health insurance may be utilized to cover the cost of the group.

Sliding fee options are available based on financial need.
