This group is for individuals who are experiencing grief following a loss with emphasis on the grief process, self-compassion, emotions, and safety.
Maximum of 10 Participants.
Cost: $210.00 - 6 sessions ($35/session)
Tuesday’s: 5:00-6:30pm
Date: May 13th, 2025 through June 17th, 2025
Health insurance may be utilized to cover the cost of the group. Sliding fee options are available based on financial need.

This is a free mental health training program for people to learn and develop skills to connect and strengthen communities. This is a condensed version of the full Community Helpers program. There will not be a certificate provided at the end.
