Our 6-week Grief & Loss Support Group offers a safe, understanding space to share, heal, and connect with others.

This is a free mental health training program for people to learn and develop skills to connect and strengthen communities. This is a condensed version of the full Community Helpers program. There will not be a certificate provided at the end.

This is a free, 9-week mental health training program for people to learn and develop skills to connect and strengthen communities. Participants at the end of the July 2024 program will receive an Alberta Health Services Certificate of Completion.

Introduction to Mindful Parenting is for all families including families struggling with a period of heightened stress due to the high demands of parenting, which impacts on their parenting and their relationships with children and partners.

Youth explore their values, interests, emotions and goals to learn how to make a difference and positively impact their peers and our community. This program is designed for ages 9-12.

A program to support children and youth dealing with a recent divorce or separation. This program is designed for ages 7-12.
